2026 Summer League

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT. If you begin online registration, but do not pay, you ARE NOT registered.

Last day to register for Summer 2026 is 5/26/26.

There are no tryouts for summer. Teams are formed based on coaches' protected player lists. Anyone not protected by a coach will be randomly assigned to a team. Parents will be contacted by a coach by 5/29/26.

Season fees:

-$150 flat fee due at registration.

-Fees include:

Spring- 12 games, jersey, socks, belt, and hat.

Fall- 10 games, jersey, and hat.

Summer- 8 games, jersey, and hat.

-Required but not included for each player: cleats (not required for 3/4), pants, bat, helmet. Socks and belt included for Spring season only, required but not included for Fall and Summer seasons.

-Players with balances not paid by due date are NOT guaranteed their uniform for the first week of games.

No refunds after May 26, 2026.

Playing age- PLEASE READ:

SPRING 2026: Age is calculated as how old they are on April 30, 2026. For example, if your child turns 9 on April 29, he would be in the 9/10 division. Parents have the option of playing UP a division but never down.

SUMMER 2026: Age is calculated as how old they are on April 30, 2026. For example, if your child turns 9 on April 29, he would be in the 9/10 division. Parents have the option of playing UP a division but never down.

FALL 2026: all kids age UP! Age is calculated as how old they are on April 30, 2027. For example, if your child turns 9 on April 29, he would be in the 9/10 division, even though he is 8 for the fall season. Parents have the option of playing UP a division but never down.

Games begin the week of June 16, 2026.

Coaches needed! Please text 832-443-1663 if you are interested in managing a team! Managers receive free registration for their child. Managers are allowed to bring 10 registrants to each team, all other registered players will be randomly assigned to teams.

Typical game schedule (actual schedule will be posted on the website one week before games begin; schedule subject to change due to weather & number of teams/players who sign up):

T-ball 3-4: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or Sat at 10:00am. Possible Sun afternoons depending on registration numbers.

T-ball 5-6: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 7:15pm or Sat at 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:15pm, or 3:45pm. Possible Sun afternoons depending on registration numbers.

Coach pitch 7-8: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or 7:30pm.

Kid pitch 9/10, 11/12, and 13+: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or 7:45pm.

For summer, Friday evenings will be used if needed depending on the amount of teams that register.

Practices are arranged by coaches based on their personal schedules. All of our coaches are volunteers. Coaches typically schedule practices on weekday evenings.

Waiver:

By registering your child you agree to the following:

-I understand the size I select will be the size my child will receive, if the size is incorrect when I receive it, I understand that I will be required to pay $35.00 + $30 shipping to replace it with a new size.

-I understand that after May 26, 2026 THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. For any reason.

-I understand that the league does NOT guarantee coach placement. Teams are formed by a combination of coach's protected player lists (max 10) and random placement of other players as needed. NWBA does not offer refunds for those not placed with their preferred coach.

-I understand that once a player has been placed on a team’s roster, he/she will NOT be moved to another team. 

-Yes, I consent to my child being photographed, interviewed and/or videotaped by representatives of Northwest Baseball Association (NWBA). Any information or images obtained from those activities may be reproduced by Northwest Baseball Association for use in advertising, publicity or websites print and television news. I hereby waive any claims I may have, and release NWBA and its employees from liability of claims arising out of such activities.

-Northwest Baseball Association (NWBA) has implemented numerous health and safety measures to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. However, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that poses numerous health risks, including death, especially to elderly people and those with underlying health risks. I understand that my, or my child’s participation and/or attendance in any NWBA sanctioned event, may increase my, or my child’s risk of contracting COVID-19 FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation.

Electronic Signature Agreement: By selecting the "I have read and accept" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting "I have read and accept" you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E- Signature.
